Wasp nests are prioritised. If a nest is beside a doorway, over a path or near where children play, say so when you call and we will get to you the same day or the next morning wherever we can.
What helps us help you
- A photograph of the insect, the droppings or the damage
- Where in the building you are seeing or hearing it, and at what time
- How long it has been going on
- Whether you have already treated it yourself, and with what
- Pets, young children, fish tanks or birds in the household
That last point genuinely changes the method rather than just the paperwork, so it is worth mentioning up front.
